I grew up in a small town in New Zealand and learned early that resilience, independence and hard work create opportunities.
Throughout my life, I’ve built businesses, led teams and navigated significant personal and professional change. From managing a live music venue while raising four children to moving to Australia and starting over with no established network, every chapter has reinforced one belief:

Over the last three years, I have built and scaled multiple businesses from the ground up, including growing a disability services business from six clients to more than 40 participants while creating the systems, leadership structure and operational foundations required for sustainable growth.
Today, my focus is helping founders build stronger businesses and identifying acquisition opportunities where I can contribute strategy, leadership and growth expertise.
